The DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is still in the early stages of development, presenting substantial opportunities for growth to the right candidate.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field with a technical affinity or background, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems (Sprinkler), HVAC, and piping solutions is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in an international B2B environment, ideally with new market development.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% to 70% within the DACH region, as well as our office in Belgium.
Your Role
You will focus on Account Management and Business Development within the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region, building strong relationships with potential clients.

Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Growth: Drive revenue and profitability while developing strategies for market penetration.

Market Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer meetings.

Negotiation & Proposals: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Product Innovation: Coordinate with our R&D team in Belgium to support customer needs and contribute to product development.
