Regional Sales Manager – Nordics Region

At Piping Logistics BV, we specialise in producing and supplying high-quality components for Sprinkler (FIRE) and HVAC installations. Our business thrives on long-term partnerships, maintaining one of the largest stocks in Europe, and offering excellent aftersales support with competitive sales conditions. From our strategic location in the heart of Europe, we provide just-in-time deliveries to customers across the region.

The Nordic market is already home to key customers, providing a strong foundation. At the same time, there is great potential to expand and attract new clients, offering significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field with a technical affinity or background, or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of fire protection systems (Sprinkler), HVAC, and piping solutions is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in an international B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in Scandinavian languages and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% to 70% of your time within the Nordics and Baltics (IS, SE, NO, FI, DK, EE, LV, LT), as well as our office in Belgium.


Your Role

You will focus on Account Management and Business Development within the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Business Development: Actively prospect new customers and develop strong business relationships.

  • Sales Performance: Drive volume and profitability targets.

  • Market Engagement: Attend trade fairs, networking events, and customer meetings to represent the company.

  • Offer Management: Oversee pre-sales activities, create compelling offers, and lead negotiations and deal closures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Product Development: Coordinate with our R&D facility in Belgium to support the development of new products.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable market insights to guide strategic decision-making.
