Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales engineer that loves to work internationally. This role will focus on International Business Development & Account Manager responsibilities. As Sales Engineer you will sell our products in the whole EMEA region:

80% of your time you will spend in developing and growing our project business..

20% of your time you will spend to manage our existing customer portfolio.
Reporting to the General Manager, the sales engineer will be responsible for:
- Actively prospect the market to find new customers to grow our business.
- Manage our business for the existing customer portfolio and grow where possible.
- Sales achievements to be measured both in terms of volume and profitability.
- Be present in the field and attend local and international trade fairs, customers, and networking events.
- Establish and manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely together with adjoining sales and engineering colleagues in the region.
- Coordinate with the R&D facility in Belgium to help develop new products.
- Provide Market Intelligence to the management to help take strategic decisions.
Your profile

Bachelor or master’s degree level, predominantly commercial with technical affinity/background or equivalent is a must!

Knowledge in fire protection (Sprinkler), HVAC and piping solutions is an advantage.

Excellent and proven sales and negotiation skills.

Good relationship and people management skills.

Languages: English, French and Dutch fluent in speech and writing.

Ability to travel up to 70% of your time in the EMEA region.
